Day 1 - ARRIVE IN KATHMANDU (1,350M/ 4,428 FT)

Upon your arrival in Kathmandu, our company representative and driver will meet you at the Tribhuvan International Airport and escort you to your designated hotel. The representative will help you to check into your hotel. In the hotel, you will be briefed about your daily activities during the trek Overnight stay at hotel. More

Day 2 - DRIVE MANTHALI (135KM, 4-5 HRS DRIVE). FLIGHT TO LUKLA & TREK TO PHAKDING [2652M] |3HRS|

Early morning pick up from hotel at around 2:00AM and drive to Manthali. On the way you will be served with packed breakfast. After drive of 4-5hrs., you will reach the beautiful village of Manthali. You take a mountain flight to Lukla and then, you are going to begin the trek towards Phakding. Firs ly, you will begin the trek descending towards Dudh Koshi River and join the main trail to Namche Bazaar. After which you pass the village of Ghat and take a short walk to Phakding. More

Day 3 - TREK TO NAMCHE (3,446M/ 11,300FT), |5-6 HRS

The trail then heads towards Dudh Koshi valley to Jorsale finally entering Sagarmatha National Park. From where you begin climbing steep up until Namche Bazar.

Day 4 - REST AND ACCLIMATIZE DAY AT NAMCHE, B/L/D

You are going to take a short walk uphill to Sagarmatha National Park and on top of Namche Bazar. You are not doing anything extreme today for acclimatizing for the rest of the trekking days.

Day 5 - TREK TO TENGBOCHE (3,867M/ 12687FT), |5-6 HRS|

After that short break, the trail now leads to a winding path where you will also get to experience biggest peaks. After which you will come to a busy place called as Sagnasa passing some unique vegetation. After which, you reach Tengboche.

Day 6 - TREK TO DINGBOCHE (4,530M/ 14,800FT), |5-6 HRS|

The trail then descends through some forests and ends at Deboche. From Deboche walking, you will eventually reach a small bridge over the narrow gorge of the Imja-Tse River. The walk continues mostly uphill and a little further from here there are two routes; the upper one going to the upper Pangboc e Village, where the old Monastery is located, the lower route is the straight forward main trail to Dingboche, Pheriche and beyond. More

Day 7 - ACCLIMATIZE & REST DAY AT DINGBOCHE, |3-4 HRS|

This day we rest at Dingboche for acclimatize. We will visit around the village around and also hike to Nangkartshang Peak which is located at 5,083 meters (16,673 feet) high from the sea level.

Day 8 - TREK TO LOBUCHE (4,930M/ 16,175FT), |5-6 HRS|

The trek heading north will take you to Pheriche village after a gentle trail. The trail from Pheriche will take you towards Dugla before a small wooden bridge over the Khumbu glacier. From there its 1-2 hours of walk towards Lobuche.

Day 9 - TREK TO EVEREST BASE CAMP AND BACK TO GORAKSHEP (5,184M/ 17,000FT), |6-7 HRS|

You will prepare towards the foot of Everest Base Camp. You will trek up the valley following the rocky path. After the last rocky moraine banks, a short downhill walk brings you to Gorakshep on the flat field below Kalapatther at 5545m and Mt. Pumori 7,145m.

Day 10 - TREK TO KALAPATHHAR AND BACK TO PHERICHE (4,252M/ 13,950FT), |6-7 HRS|

You will walk from Gorakshep to Kalapathhar. After a gradual walk, you will take another uphill climb for ½ hour that brings you to Kalapatthar, 5,288m. After an hour descent, you go back to Gorakshep and then all the way back to Pheriche for the night.

Day 11 - TREK TO NAMCHEBAZAR [3440M] |6-7HRS|

From Pheriche our journey continues towards Namche. The trail takes us across rivers and rhododendron forests, amidst the views of Tawache, Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, AmaDablam, Kantega and Thamserku mountains. We descend rapidly through pine forest where we can easily spot mountains goats, pheasants nd other wild animals and birds. Overnight stay at tea house lodge. More

Day 12 - TREK TO LUKLA (2,850M/ 9,350FT), |6-7 HRS|

Today you trek along the Dudh Kosi River through Jorsale and Chourikharka. The trail has ups and downs and flat as we ascend to Lukla.

Day 13 - FLY TO RAMECHHAP & DRIVE TO KATHMANDU

After having breakfast, you will walk to Lukla airport for flight back to Manthali. Upon reaching the Manthali airport our vehicle will be waiting for you. Drive back to Kathmandu and transfer to your respected hotel. Rest of the time free at leisure on your own. Evening, cultural dinner at Nepalese tourist standard restaurant. Overnight stay in Kathmandu. More

Day 14 - FREE DAY AT KATHMANDU|

Day 15 - FINAL DEPARTURE|

Today after breakfast you will directly transfer to the international airport for onward journey with sweet memories.

              Cancellation Policy

                • As per the Booking Conditions of the Tour, there will be 100% cancellation charges for any cancellation request of the tour, either by the customer or any member of the group. In any other case, including 'No Show', the Company shall make no refund to the customer.

                TERMS AND CONDITIONS

                  • There will be dormitory accommodation at the higher points of trek including Base Camp.
                    • Heater is available at Dining area with extra cost.
                      • You are travelling in environmentally sensitive area; use of plastic bottles is prohibited. Hence you need to carry your own water bottles or Thermos for your personnel use. Hot & Cold water can be refilled at the lodge with extra cost of NPR.100-200 per refill.
                        • Battery & Mobile charge can be negotiated with the owner of the lodge and can be paid directly.
                          • All above rates are valid till DEC 2024 exclusively for Indian Passport holders only, based on our contract with the hotels, government tax structure, USD exchange rate, fuel charges etc. Incase if there is any changes, rates will be revised accordingly.
                            • Airfare & Entrance fee are subject to change if changed by the concerned authority.
                              • Itinerary is subject to change without any prior notice.
                                • No rooms on Hold. Confirmation will be subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
                                  • Tour itinerary may be shuffled due to the inclement weather conditions and changes in Flight/ Ferry operations, which may incur extra charges.
                                    • All the passengers should carry the valid ID during the travel
                                      • Peak Season / Weekend Surcharges may be applicable at the time of confirmation. This will be intimated at the time of booking. However we will not be able to get this information prior.
                                        • Child below 2 years is considered as infant and 2 years to 11 years are considered to be child.
                                          • All the services included in the package are compulsory and no refund will be given if any of the services are not taken.
                                            • Flights arriving Early Morning or Late Evening & departing Early Morning or Late Evening, passengers needs to book Private Transfers if Schedule Transfer is not operational
                                              • Check-in time of the hotels starts from 14.00 hrs and check out time will be 12.00 hrs. Early Check in/late check out will be subjected to availability of rooms. However Hotel has the right to change the timing without any prior notice.
                                                • Company will not be liable for any claims due to accidents, food poisoning, medical illness or other natural calamities arising during the tour/travel. Passenger will have to ensure themselves and company will not entertain any claims in this regard. • At the airport driver will be holding placard under the main passenger name. If you do not locate the driver please call the emergency no and trace out the same.
                                                  • For transfers and tours please be ready on time and wait at the hotel reception. If you miss the same no refund. Please carry all your documents safely. All valuables, cash, traveler cheque, air ticket,Visa copy passport etc. should be carried in your handbag for easy access.
